When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we process the name, company, phone number and transport request details you share. This website has no forms.

Reviewing and answering your requests,
Planning and carrying out transport, in-plant logistics, warehousing and vehicle allocation services,

4. Legal grounds and collection

We collect personal data by phone and WhatsApp. It is processed under Article 5/2 KVKK where necessary to enter into or perform a contract, to meet our legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights.

5. Transfers

To the extent the service requires, your data may be shared with our business partners and competent authorities in line with Articles 8 and 9 KVKK. WhatsApp conversations are processed on WhatsApp’s (Meta) infrastructure.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as the purpose requires and for the statutory retention periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or deletion, request that these actions be notified to third parties, object to results arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can send requests in writing to İTOB OSB, Tekeli, Menderes / İzmir, Türkiye. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
